Vintage that is not suitable for wearing but has enough historical or fashion interest  for study or re- purposing. There is one hole on right shoulder, one under both arms, one at the waist.  The lace is beginning to tear at a few places near the hem.  Wearable, but... the lace will continue to deteriorate with anything but careful wear.
