RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Please be mindful when shopping, all sales are final.

Please consider your purchase and shipping timelines carefully. We do not offer refunds for fit issues, variance in monitor colors, or shipping delays from the carrier.

Please message us with any questions or concerns before purchasing.

We make every effort to disclose any noticeable flaws or issues in our condition report so you can make an informed purchase. If you would like additional photographs, measurements, history, or information about an item please message us!

 

Please keep in mind that you are buying a vintage item that has had a previous life and is bound to show some signs of wear. 

 

Vintage Fabric Condition Guide

We carefully examine each piece, and do our best to disclose flaws in each discription. Please keep in mind that in most cases, vintage is pre-worn, and as a result pieces will show some minor wear.

We've included a vintage ranking chart that best describes the condition of each piece. 

Mint Virtually no wear, mostly refers to vintage that has never been worn. Excellent Expected signs of wear, with consideration of the age, but hardly any signs of wear. Very Good Shows normal signs of wear, expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from wear. "Wears and presents beautifully".  Good Garment is wearable, but has visible wear and damage.  Fair Significantly damaged, but artistically valuable for display or inspiration.

 

 

Shipping

Please make sure your address and shipping information is correct when placing your order! 

We ship items out within 3 days of receiving order (often sooner but we cannot guarantee same day processing). We are just a small team of 3 humans, but we do try to ensure all items are shipped in the most timely fashion.

We ship via USPS Ground or Priority for most domestic orders. You should receive a tracking number via email. Be sure to check your spam folder and contact us if you have not received an email. Items can be expedited at an additional cost.

Orders totaling $1,000 and over will require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please plan accordingly and contact us to make any additional shipping arrangements.  

We are not responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages, unpaid customs fees, or shipping delays.

Items returned to us due to failed delivery, unpaid fees, etc. will result in a reshipment fee.

International Shipping 

For international orders, please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information. We are obligated by law to declare the true value of goods, international buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

International shipping can be slow and costly. We are not responsible for customs fees, shipping delays and lost packages. Feel free to email us with any questions however once the item has shipped we are unable to assist and you will need to contact the courier directly. 

All international sales are final. No exceptions. 

We are required by law to declare the true value of each item. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

Layaway Payment Plans

Layaway is available on a case-by-base basis. We ask for 50% down with 30 days to pay the remaining balance, plus shipping.

Layaway deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Failure to pay a layaway balance by the agreed upon due date will result in forfeiture of purchase. 

Unclaimed purchases, unpaid layaway items, or unclaimed seller returns will be considered forfeited property after 90 days.
